Are our appearances real and true?

Weekend Retreat with guest teacher Kadam Hélène Oester from KBC Dromtönpa, Bern

As long as we believe in and cling to the way people and things appear to us, our delusions will manifest and cause suffering. With delusions, we live an unhappy life and cannot attain liberation and enlightenment.

To live happily and practice our Tantric meditation, we need to understand and experience emptiness:

“The phenomena we normally see and perceive do not exist.”

In this retreat, we aim to learn about and deepen our wisdom that realizes emptiness.

Please note that each retreater will help with a merit job in order to ensure the smooth running of the retreat. Thank you.

“Meditation is a scientific method to transform human nature from bad to good. Everybody needs to be good-natured with a good heart. This is the real method to solve our own inner problems – problems of ignorance, depression, anger and so forth – and is also the real method to benefit others practically.”
— Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche
