Menla Centre Visit

The path to real inner freedom

Retreat with visiting teacher Gen Kelsang Chö in Italian

This immersive experience is designed to guide you through the profound teachings of The Three Main Aspects of the Path of Je Tsongkhapa, a text that has touched the hearts of meditators for centuries.

By meditating on the deep meaning of the text we will discover how these teachings are not just philosophical concepts, but practical tools applicable to every aspect of our lives.

This retreat offers the opportunity for deep immersion in renunciation, bodhicitta and the correct view of emptiness, the pillars that sustain a meaningful life. We will explore the art of letting go, the joy of selflessness and the clarity of deep vision, reaching insights into these timeless principles and how to weave them into the fabric of our daily lives.

Each session will be led by Gen Chö, resident master of the Menla Center in Locarno. By entering deeply into the peace of meditation and letting the wisdom of Je Tsongkhapa’s words resonate within us, we will find the space to disconnect from the chaos of the outside world and understand who we are and who we can become.
